摘　　要：本文梳理了国内外畜禽疫病防控管理的经济学分析研究进展,国外研究主要集中在畜禽疫病防控措施的经济效果,养殖户畜禽疫病防控行为决策,政府畜禽疫病防控政策及其执行效果评价等方面;国内研究主要集中在畜禽疫病防控行为、疫病防控措施和动物卫生管理政策选择、动物疫病发生的损失和影响分析以及关于政府关于动物疫病宏观管理的研究。相对来说,国外研究更注重从微观角度进行定量研究、案例研究,研究方法比较成熟;国内多是从经济管理的角度定性研究疫病防控宏观政策,定量研究不足或方法单一,经济学理论和方法应用欠缺,难以深入揭示疫病防控管理的复杂问题。针对这些不足,最后提出了未来我国疫病防控管理经济研究方面的几点建议。This paper reviews the research progress of diseases prevention and control of livestock and poultry both at home and abroad.The foreign studies mainly focus on the economic effects of livestock disease prevention and control measures,farmers’the behaviors,government policies,their implementation and effectiveness evaluation of livestock and poultry diseases prevention and control.Domestic research mainly concentrated in farms’behavior and the measures and management policy choice of the livestock and poultry disease prevention and control,the animal epidemics damage and its impact analysis,government macro management of animal epidemics.Relatively speaking,foreign research pays more attention to the quantitative research from the microscopic point of view.Case studies and research methods are relatively mature.Most of the domestic researches carry out qualitative research on the macro policy from the point of economic management.Quantitative research methods or methods are single,and the application of economic theories and methods is scarce,thus it is difficult to reveal the complex problems of disease prevention and control.In view of these shortcomings,finally put forward some suggestions on the future research on disease prevention and control in our country.
