摘　　要：电子书创作和传播使用中对作品的利用具有数量的庞大性、权利类型的复杂性、再授权关系的多层次性等特征。电子书利用版权的授权障碍主要体现在授权阻断、权利缺失以及权利瑕疵等方面。应把创新版权制度作为解决电子书授权问题的重要对策,具体措施包括:引入延伸性版权集体管理制度、对传统法定许可制度进行改良、建立针对孤儿作品的使用规范、明确要约授权模式的法律地位等。E-book creation and spread,used to work with a large number of sex,the complexity of the right type,the relationship between the reauthorization of multilayered etc.characteristics.E-books using the copyright of the obstacle mainly has the right to block,loss of rights and rights defects and so on.Should take innovation copyright system as the important countermeasures to solve the problem of ebook authorization,specific measures include:introducing the extensibility of copyright collective management system,have improved the traditional legal license system,set up for the use of orphan works specification,clarify the legal status of an offer authorization mode,etc.
