超声诊断弥漫性胰腺损害对糖尿病的预测价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声诊断弥漫性胰腺损害在健康体检中筛查和预测2型糖尿病的应用价值。方法随机选择2017年1—12月在我院健康体检中经胰腺超声检查诊断为弥漫性胰腺损害的200例患者作为研究组,选择同期进行健康体检的200例胰腺超声声像图正常者作为对照组。两组均接受胰腺超声检查与血糖检测。通过单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析胰腺超声诊断弥漫性胰腺损害与2型糖尿病指标的相关性。结果经单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析显示,2型糖尿病、糖尿病史、糖尿病家族史、超重、肥胖均是胰腺超声诊断弥漫性胰腺损害患者的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论超声诊断弥漫性胰腺损害与2型糖尿病密切相关,在健康体检2型糖尿病筛查和预测中具有一定的应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in screening and predicting type 2 diabetes in diffuse physical injury.Methods From January to December 2017,200 patients with diffuse pancreatic damage diagnosed in physical examination were selected as study group and 200 cases of normal pancreatic ultrasonography were used as control group at the same time.The two groups were examined by ultrasonography and blood glucose.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation between ultrasonic diagnosis of diffuse pancreatic lesion and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results Abnormal blood glucose,diabetes history,family history of diabetes,overweight and obesity were the independent risk factors for the diagnosis of diffuse pancreatic damage(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of diffuse pancreatic damage has certain application value in screening and forecasting of type 2 diabetes mellitus in health examination.
