内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月我院收治的混合痔患者92例作为研究对象。将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组采用内扎外剥术治疗,观察组采用内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗。结果两组患者的手术总有效率均为100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组恢复时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,且观察组的并发症发生率为2.17%,低于对照组的19.57%,组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合痔患者经内扎外剥术加肛门成形术治疗,临床价值高。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of neutropenia and analplasty in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 92 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital were enrolled from January 2016 to January 2018.They were divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external stripping and the observation group was treated with internal stripping and anal plasty.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 100.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.17%,lower than that in the control group(19.57%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with mixed hemorrhoids are treated with internal stripping and anal plasty for high clinical value.
