血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的针对尿毒症患者运用血液透析联合血液灌流进行医治所取得的效果展开分析。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月我院收治的尿毒症患者60例作为研究对象。采用数字组合法,将其分为两组。参照组采用常规血液透析,观察组采用血液透析联合血液灌流。结果参照组患者治疗前后的血清β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,研究组患者治疗后的β_2-MG、PTH水平均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗后,研究组患者β_2-MG、PTH水平均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将血液透析联合血液灌流方法运用在临床上尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的医治中,可以将β_2-MG、PTH等中分子物质进行有效的清除。Objective To analyze the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on uremic patients.Methods 60 cases of uremia in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by using the digital combination method.Routine hemodialysis was used in the reference group.The observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.Results There was no significant difference in serum levels ofβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The levels ofβ2-MG and PTH in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ2-MG and PTH in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can be used in the treatment of uremic pruritus,which can effectively remove the middle molecular substances such asβ2-MG and PTH.
