双极等离子电切术治疗老年高危前列腺增生患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探析对老年高危前列腺增生患者采取双极等离子电切术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院在2016年1月—2018年2月收治的52例老年高危前列腺增长患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各为26例。对照组采取传统开放手术治疗,研究组采取双极等离子电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率96.15%,高于对照组的69.23%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组术后IPSS评分(7.7±1.5)分、QOL评分(2.2±0.5)分、Qmax(16.9±2.5)ml/s,均优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高危前列腺增生患者采取双极等离子电切术治疗的临床效果明显。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bipolar plasma resection on elderly high-risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 52 cases of elderly patients with high risk prostate growth admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open operation.The study group was treated with bipolar plasmakinetic resection,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%,higher than that of the control group(69.23%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the IPSS score(7.7±1.5)scores,QOL score(2.2±0.5)scores and Qmax(16.9±2.5)ml/s in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of bipolar plasma resection for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant.
