研究延续性护理干预对老年高危压疮患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察研究延续性护理干预对老年高危压疮患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年10月—2017年11月收院诊治的老年高危压疮患者96例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各48例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予延续性护理,对比两组生活质量和压疮发生率。结果护理干预后,研究组的生活质量高于对照组,研究组的压疮发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可以改善老年高危患者的生活质量,降低其压疮发生的概率。Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with high-risk bedsore.Methods 96 patients with high risk of pressure sore from October 2016 to November 2017 were studied and divided into the control group and the study group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given continuous nursing.The quality of life and the incidence of pressure sores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of pressure sore was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in elderly patients at high risk.
