摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理对提高心力衰竭并心律失常患者护理质量的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年4月收治的80例心力衰竭并心律失常患者作为研究对象。使用单盲法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组患者40例。给予研究组患者针对性护理,给予对照组患者常规护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果研究组患者和对照组患者的护理满意度分别为97.5%、75.0%,研究组患者的护理满意度优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理对心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的护理质量较好。Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on nursing quality of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods From March 2016 to April 2017,80 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia were selected as the research subjects.Single blind method was used to divide them into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.Specific care for the patients in the study group was performed,routine nursing care was given to the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group and the control group was 97.5%and 75.0%respectively.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing quality of patients with heart failure combined with arrhythmia is better.
