多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变效果评价

摘　　要：目的对于多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变效果进行评价。方法将我院于2016年1月至2017年12月间收治的42例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者临床资料,作为实验组临床研究样本,并以同期于我院接受治疗的非糖尿病下肢血管病变患者(40例)作为空白组对照。为实验组患者提供多普勒超声诊断,并将其中发生下肢动脉硬化、管腔狭窄病症的例数统计下来,以病症发生率作为多普勒超声诊断效果的判断依据。结果临床检查结果表明,实验组42例患者中共有39例患者伴随一定程度的下肢动脉硬化,发生几率为92.9%,显著高于对照组(2例,5%),P<0.05;同时,实验组中24例患者伴随管腔狭窄,发生几率为57.1%,空白组中仅有1例发生,几率为2.5%,P<0.05。结论多普勒超声诊断用于糖尿病下肢血管病变临床诊断方面效果显著,能够对于病变相关病症做到及时筛查,推进患者治疗与预后进程,故极具临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were used as clinical samples in the experimental group,and 40 cases of non diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions were treated in our hospital at the same time as the control group.The patients in the experimental group were diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound,and the number of cases of arteriosclerosis and stenosis of the lower extremities was counted,and the incidence of the disease was judged as the basis for the diagnosis of Doppler ultrasound.Results The results of clinical examination showed that 39 patients in 42 patients in the experimental group were accompanied by a certain degree of lower extremity arteriosclerosis,the incidence of which was 92.9%,significantly higher than that of the control group(2 cases,5%),P<0.05.At the same time,24 patients in the experimental group were associated with the stenosis of the lumen,the incidence was 57.1%,and only 1 cases in the blank group had a chance of occurrence.For 2.5%,P<0.05.Conclusion Doppler ultrasonography is very effective in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.It can screen the disease related diseases in time,and promote the treatment and prognosis of patients,so it is of great clinical value.
