中医药物内服(通络扶正汤)、针灸联合治疗缺血性中风后肢体偏瘫的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医药物内服(通络扶正汤)、针灸联合治疗缺血性中风后肢体偏瘫的临床效果。方法选取近2年于我院就诊的缺血性中风后肢体偏瘫患者60例,对照组和观察组各30例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组给予中医药物内服和针灸治疗。结果观察组所取得的总有效率明显比对照组高,运动能力与生活质量明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医药物内服联合针灸治疗能够增强治疗效果,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine internal medicine(Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction)and acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.Methods 60 patients with hemiplegia after treatment of ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected in the past 2 years,30 patients in the control group and 30 in the observation group.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was given Chinese medicine internal medicine and acupuncture treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the exercise ability and quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine and internal acupuncture combined with acupuncture treatment can enhance the therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
