摘　　要：笔者从大学生综合素质测评的内容、内涵、意义以及作用说明开发大学生综合测评系统的必要性。按照软件开发的流程,简要阐述了系统的需求分析、总体设计以及在系统实现过程中的关键技术的应用。该系统的设计与开发,对高校学生管理工作起到了积极的推动作用,减少了相关人员的工作量,提高了工作的准确性,通过实时操作和展示,使得测评工作更加透明公开,也能够促进学生全面发展。The author explains the necessity of developing a comprehensive evaluation system for college students from the content,connotation,meaning and role of the comprehensive quality assessment of college students.According to the flow of software development,the requirement analysis,overall design of the system and the application of key technologies in the system implementation process are briefly described.The design and development of the system has played an active role in promoting the management of college students,reducing the workload of related personnel and improving the accuracy of the work.Through real-time operation and display,the assessment work has become more transparent and open.It can also promote the overall development of the students.
