摘　　要：本项目所建设的智慧公寓是将智能硬件和物联网等新时代产物相结合。以STC89C52单片机与LD3320A芯片为主控芯片,通过多传感器融合来实时监控公寓内的环境,并可通过手机APP查看公寓内的环境信息值和实时画面,实现远程控制和报警提示以及用户预约,使人与人、人与物之间资源可以得到合理利用。The intelligent apartment constructed by this project is a combination of intelligent hardware and new era products such as Internet of things.With STC89C52 MCU and LD3320A chip as the main control chip,the environment in the apartment is monitored in real time through multi sensor fusion,and the environment information value and real time picture in the apartment can be viewed through the mobile phone APP,and the remote control and alarm and user appointment can be realized so that the resources between people and people can be reasonably profitable use.
