摘　　要：文章介绍了一种采用纯棉纱与涤纶远红外纤维/棉纤维混纺纱交织的床上用品面料的设计与生产。其中,远红外纤维/棉混纺纱作纬纱,棉纱作经纱。组织采用经面缎,经密大于纬密,布面显棉纱效果。面料以蓝白色为主要色调,蓝白色条交错,形成渐变效果。面料纱线先染后织,浆纱过程以"浸透增强,兼顾被覆"为原则,织造完毕后对面料进行预缩、退浆、丝光等后整理以提高性能。This paper introduces how to design and produce a bedding fabric with pure cotton yarn and farinfrared polyester fiber/cotton fiber blended yarn.Thereinto,the far-infrared polyester fiber/cotton fiber blended yarn is used as weft yarn,and the cotton yarn as warp yarn.Using warp satin as the structure,the fabic’s warp density is larger than weft density,and its face side shows the cotton yarn effect.The fabric is mainly composed of blue and white tone,and the blue and white stripes are interlaced to form a gradient effect.The yarns are dyed before weaving.When sizing,both size loading rate and soakage rate should be considered.After weaving,the fabric is pre-shrinked,desizing,mercerizing to improve its performance.
