摘 要:文章以涤纶保暖絮片为主体保暖材料,与棉网布、镀铝膜和金属化非织造布等间隔材料复合,研究了间隔材料对复合结构絮片保暖性能的影响和复合结构絮片的保暖机理。结果表明:加入间隔材料可使复合结构絮片的保暖性能有所提高,其主要原因是间隔材料可有效抑制絮片中的辐射传热;间隔材料红外反射率越高,其对复合结构的保暖性能提升越多;铝化材料作间隔材料时,其对絮片的保暖性能提高较多,有利于絮片的轻便化。Taking polyester batting as the main thermal insulation material and combed with several spacer materials like cotton gauzes,aluminized films and aluminized nonwovens,this paper studies the effects of spacer materials on the thermal insulation property of multilayered battings and its mechanism.Results show that adding spacer materials can increase the thermal insulation property of the multilayered batting because the radiative heat transfer in the batting could be restrained effectively by spacer materials;the higher the infrared reflectivity of the spacer materials,the better the thermal insulation property occur within the multilayered batting;and the thermal insulation property of batting improved further when using aluminized materials as the spacer materials,which also make the batting light-weighted.
