超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎31例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)治疗中的应用价值。方法选取鄢陵县人民医院2011年1月~2017年12月SAP患者62例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组采取常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组综合治疗基础上,采取超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果观察组总有效率(87.1%),高于对照组的总有效率(61.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(16.1%),低于对照组的并发症发生率(38.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流操作简单、创伤轻微,在SAP治疗中有重要价值。objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Selected 62 cases of patients with SAP admitted in yanling people's hospital from January 2011 to December 2017,and they were divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)according to the random number table method.Control group adopted routine comprehensive treatment,and on the basis of comprehensive treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture and catheter drainage.observed and compared two groups of treatment effect,and operated statistical analysis.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.1%,higher than that of the control group(61.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 16.1%,which was lower than that in the control group(38.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage is simple in operation and makes only minor trauma in SAP treatment,which has important clinical worth.
