小儿多动症脑电生物反馈治疗依从性差的原因及干预对策分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析小儿多动症脑电生物反馈治疗依从性差的原因及干预对策。方法根据数字表法随机选用本门诊的50例多动症患儿作为调查对象,以问卷调查的形式进行探查致使多动症患儿实施脑电生物反馈治疗时依从性比较差的根本原因,并结合调查结果进行总结分析发生这一现象的具体原因,并且根据分析的结果制定对应有效的解决方法对患儿实施干预,并对干预效果进行观察。结果调查后,患儿家属觉得多动症无需治疗,患儿成年后会好转,占总比例30.00%;患儿家属认为脑电生物反馈疗效差,占总比例24.00%;患儿因上学等原因中断治疗,占总比例18.00%等。对比干预前,给予患儿进行有效的干预对策之后,41例患儿返院治疗,返院率82.00%(P<0.05)。结论给予多动症患儿家属实施有效的疾病知识宣教,并对其进行针对性的干预对策,能够进一步增强患儿脑电生物反馈治疗的依从性。Objective To study the causes of poor compliance of EEG biofeedback in children with ADHD and the intervention strategies.Methods Fifty cases of ADHD children were randomly selected according to the digital meter method to investigate the root causes of poor compliance in the treatment of children with ADHD in the form of questionnaire and combined with the investigation results summarizes the specific reasons for this phenomenon,and according to the results of the analysis of the development of effective solutions to the intervention of children,and observing the effect of intervention.Results At the end of the investigation,the families of children with ADHD do not need treatment and the children will get better after adulthood,accounting for 30.00%;Children’s family members think that curative effect of EEG biofeedback is poor,accounting for 24.00%of the total;children discontinue treatment due to schooling and other reasons,accounting for 18.00%of the total.After giving effective intervention to child,41 cases of children returned to hospital,the return is up to 82%(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of effective disease knowledge education and targeted intervention for family members of ADHD patients can further enhance the compliance of the patients with EEG biofeedback therapy.
