摘 要:为分析相同阀组在不同规格压缩机上的性能表现,以确定不同规格压缩机对相同阀组是否兼容,本文整合压缩机中的流体流动、热交换以及流体和阀片的耦合过程,对3种不同规格的压缩机匹配相同阀组进行了整机数值分析,获取并对比分析了质量流量、制冷量、输入功率以及性能系数(COP)等关键性能参数,并通过量热计测试进行了验证。结果表明不同规格压缩机对相同阀组具有较高的兼容性,但是在实际开发过程中,应注意通过局部修改阀组零件提升兼容性。In order to analyze the performance of the same valve group in the compressors of different specifications so as to determine whether the compressors of different specification are compatible with the same valve group or not,in this paper,the numerical analysis was carried out for the matching of three different types of compressor with the same valve group by integrating the fluid flow in the compressor,heat exchange and the coupling process between the fluid and valve plate.The compressor performance parameters such as mass flow,cooling capacity,input power and coefficient of performance(COP)were obtained and analyzed,and validated by the calorimeter testing.The results show that,compressors of different specifications have higher compatibility with the same valve group,but in the practical development process,attention should be paid to compatibility improvement by local modification of the valve group parts.
