摘　　要：基于当前国际上对自主船舶分类与分级,梳理了自主船舶的定义及分级标准,探讨了自主船舶的操作模式,分析了自主船舶对船舶配员的影响以及对船员适任能力的潜在需求,提出了自主船舶配员的监管建议。Based on the current international categorization and classification on Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships(MASS),the paper explains the definition and classification criteria for MASS,analyzes the operation modes of MASS,the influence of MASS on ship manning,and the potential requirements for seafarer competencies.In terms of the development trend of MASS,the paper puts forward suggestions on the administration concerning the manning of MASS.
