摘　　要：羊肚菌(Morchella)是一种珍稀名贵的食用菌,大田栽培是我国羊肚菌的主要栽培方法。人工栽培羊肚菌的技术已逐渐成熟,种植规模也逐步增大,但羊肚菌栽培没有统一规范的技术和标准,在出菇管理、病虫害防治等方面的诸多问题仍需解决。介绍了菌种驯化、原种制作、出菇管理、病虫害防治等羊肚菌栽培技术,并对羊肚菌产业发展提出了建议。Morchella is a rare and precious edible fungus,and Field cultivation is the main method of Morchella in China.The technology of artificial cultivation of Morchella has been gradually mature,and the scale of cultivation of Morchella has also been gradually increased.However,there is no standardized technique and standard for Morchella cultivation,and many problems in mushroom management,disease and insect pest control still need to be solved.The cultivation techniques of Morchella such as seed domestication,seed production,mushroom management,disease and insect pest control are introduced.Some suggestions are also given for the development of Morchella industry.
