摘 要:文章旨在研究柠檬酵素对麻鸭生长性能和血液指标的影响。试验选用100只1日龄麻鸭,随机分为5组,每组20只。空白对照组饲喂玉米粉,阳性对照组饲喂玉米粉+0.5%黄芪多糖,试验组分别饲喂玉米粉+48%柠檬酵素、玉米粉+24%柠檬酵素和玉米粉+12%柠檬酵素,试验期为28 d。1~14日龄,与空白对照组相比,添加48%和24%柠檬酵素显著提高了麻鸭的平均日增重(P<0.05),降低料重比(P<0.05);28日龄时,与空白对照组相比,添加24%柠檬酵素可以显著提高中性粒细胞比率(P<0.05),提高淋巴细胞比率和中间细胞比率(P>0.05),对血小板指标无明显作用(P>0.05)。以上试验结果表明,柠檬酵素可改善麻鸭的生长性能和生理机能,且以24%拌料效果较好。In this trial,the effects of lemon enzyme on hemp duck growth performance and routine blood were studied.One hundred 1-day-old hemp ducks were randomly divided into five groups,20 for each group.Blank control group was fed with corn flour;positive control group was fed with corn flour+0.5%Astragalus polysaccharides;the trial groups were fed with corn flour+48%lemon enzyme,corn flour+24%lemon enzyme and corn flour+12%lemon enzyme,respectively,and the experimental period lasted 28 days.In the first 14 days,compared with the blank control group,48%and 24%lemon enzyme significantly improved average daily gain of hemp ducks(P<0.05),reduced material weight ratio(P<0.05);when the age of 28,compared with the blank control group,24%lemon enzyme significantly improved neutrophil ratio(P<0.05),improved lymphocyte ratio and intermediate cell ratio(P>0.05),while that of platelet index has no significant changes(P<0.05).Lemon enzyme could improve growth performance and physiological function of hemp ducks,and 24%lemon enzyme has better effect.
