竞技跳水女子单人十米台项目动作难度发展趋势及对策分析

摘　　要：本文通过录像分析法、文献资料法和数理统计法对2013年游泳世锦赛、2014年游泳世界杯、2015年世锦赛和2016年奥运会中女子单人10m台项目的前6名运动员的难度动作进行分析,归纳出当前女子跳水的共性特点,总结出它的发展规律和特点,并根据我国跳水运动员的优势和不足的地方,查缺补漏,提出创新发展之路。In this paper,through video analysis method,difficulty of literature and mathematical statistics method for the 2014 World Cup,2013 World Swimming Championships swimming world championship in 2015 and the 2016 Olympic Games in the women's single ten meters project of the top six athletes were analyzed,summed up the general characteristics of the women's diving,summed up the law of development and the characteristics of it,and according to the Chinese diving athletes the advantages and deficiencies,check network,put forward the innovation and development of the road.
