成都市壁球场馆经营现状调查与分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计和实地考察等研究方法,对成都市8处壁球馆的经营现状进行调查分析,主要研究壁球馆的数量、规模、分布和配套设施、消费价格、消费者基本情况、消费动机,分析其主要问题,即:成都市壁球场馆数量较少、分布不均匀、场馆利用率比较低、壁球裁判、教练等专业人才比较匮乏等。并提出改进措施,即:加快壁球场馆的建设,扩大消费群体;积极开展壁球运动的推广和宣传;改变经营策略,合理定价;加强专业人才建设;定期举行活动和比赛等,研究旨在促进成都市壁球场馆的持续稳定发展。Uses the literature material,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,on-the-spot investigation and other research methods,do analysis and investigation on the current status and development of eight squash halls at Chengdu,focus on the squash hall number,size,distribution,supporting facilities,consumer price,consumers'status,consumer motivation.The main problems are fewer squash venues,uneven distribution,low utilization rate,fewer squash referees、coaches and other professional talents,etc.Put forward the improvement measures:Accelerate the construction of squash stadium,expand the consumer group;Actively launch the promotion and publicity of squash sports;Change management strategy and reasonably price;Strengthen the construction of professional talents;Hold regular activities and competitions.The research aims to promote the continuous and stable development of chengdu squash venues.
