通淋固本汤联合坦索罗辛在体外冲击波术后的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医联合治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析输尿管上段结石患者80例,均采用体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL),术后治疗组采用通淋固本汤联合坦索罗辛治疗,对照组仅用坦索罗辛治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、结石排出时间、腰痛改善时间、治疗前后生化指标和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组临床有效率分别是90.0%和77.5%(P<0.05),结石排出平均时间分别是(5.5±1.6)d和(8.2±1.2)d(P<0.05),腰痛缓解时间分别是(2.1±0.5)d、(3.3±0.4)d(P<0.05)。对照组比较,治疗组能显著降低患者肌酐(P<0.05),但血白细胞计数和尿素氮比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与单纯西药组比较,通淋固本汤联合坦索罗辛能提高上尿路结石ESWL术后患者的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tonglinguben decoction combined with tamsulosin for upper ureteral calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Method Eighty patients of ureteral calculi were divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.After operation,the treatment group were treated with Tonglinguben decoction combined with tamsulosin while the control group were treated with tamsulosin alone.The rate of clinical efficacy,the average time of stone clearance,the time of renal colic alleviation,the biochemical index before and after treatment,and the incidence rates of adverse were compared between two group.Results After 2-week operation,the total effective rates of two group were 90.0%and 77.5%(P<0.05)respectively.The average time of stone clearance in treatment group was(5.5±1.6)d and that of the control group was(8.2±1.2)d(P<0.05).The average time of alleviation of renal colic in treatment group was(2.1±0.5)d and that of the control group was(3.3±0.4)d(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the rates of Cr in treatment group were significantly lower,however the comparison on WBC and BUN weren’t a significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions showed no significant differences.Conclusion Compared with tamsulosin alone,treat with Tonglinguben decoction combined with tamsulosin after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with upper ureteral calculi.
