摘 要:采用TG—FTIR热重红外联用仪对4种煤种进行煤粉热解失重实验,研究不同升温速率下煤粉热解失重特性及改变煤种对煤粉热解失重特性的影响规律,并利用实验结果计算得到相应阶段的反应动力学参数。研究结果表明:不同升温速率下煤粉失重情况较为接近,提高升温速率能够加剧热解反应;随着热解反应进行,因不同阶段化学反应的不同而导致活化能E变化较大;不同升温速率下煤种对热解反应的影响不可忽略。The four kinds of coal powder are tested for measure the weight loss by thermal decomposition by using the TG FTIP infra thermal weight instrument,the weight loss characteristic of the coal powder in thermal decomposition with different temperature rise rates and the effect of the coal type on the weight loss characteristic are studied and the reaction dynamics parameters are derived from the calculation on the test results.The research results show such regular patterns:the weight losses by thermal decomposition with different temperature rise rates are near to each other.And raising the temperature rise rate would intensify the thermal decomposition reaction,the activation energy E changes apparently in different phases of the thermal decomposition reaction.The effect of coal type on the thermal decomposition reaction with different temperature rise rates must be not ignored.
