摘 要:采用锥形量热仪和热重分析仪测试方法,研究硼酸硼砂混合物(BA/BX)含量为3%、6%、9%、12%时对HDPE木塑复合材料(WF-HDPE)热解和燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:WFHDPE热释放速率、质量损失速率随着BA/BX含量的增加而逐渐降低,添加12%BA/BX的比未添加的分别降低了17.68%和10.71%。添加BA/BX明显提高了样品热解残留率,BA/BX添加量为12%的残留率比未添加的提高了97.4%,阻燃效果显著。添加BA/BX明显降低了WF-HDPE的烟释放速率和总烟释放量,表明其有良好的抑烟效果。BA/BX在WF-HDPE中的阻燃作用以凝聚相为主。The effects of boron compounds(BA/BX)on pyrolysis and combustion behaviors of HDPE wood plastic composites(WFHDPE)were investigated by cone calorimeter and thermogravimetric analysis.The content of BA/BX were3%,6%,9%and 12%.The results showed that the heat release rate and mass loss rate of WF-HDPE decreased with the increase of BA/BX content,and they decreased by 17.68%and 10.71%respectively when the addition of BA/BX was 12%,compared with no added.BA/BX significantly increased the pyrolysis residual rate of the samples.The residual rate when BA/BX added to 12%increased 97.4%compared with no added,which showedsignificant effect of flame retardant.The addition of BA/BX significantly reduced the smoke release rate and total smoke release of WF-HDPE,showed good smoke suppression effect.BA/BX shows the characteristics of condensed phase for flame-retardant of WF-HDPE.
