摘  要:采用CFD模拟与实验结合的方法,对地面火炬的多点射流火焰高度进行研究。搭建封闭式地面火炬小试实验装置,实验研究不同泄放量下的多点射流扩散火焰高度。建立封闭式地面火炬多点射流扩散燃烧过程数学模型,并对小试实验工况进行CFD模拟,模拟得到的地面火炬多点射流火焰高度与实验结果吻合良好,验证了数学模型的准确性。对某典型封闭式地面火炬进行CFD模拟,研究不同泄放量下的多点射流扩散火焰高度,结果表明:随着泄放量的增大,地面火炬火焰宽度增大,火焰高度变高;泄放量60 t/h时,出现火焰蹿出筒体的情况,应当制定相应的应急预案,以防止对周边人员及装置造成损伤。Based on the CFD simulation technology and experiments,the multi-point jet diffusion flame height of enclosed ground flare was studied.A bench scale experiment device of enclosed ground flare was built up,and the multi-point jet diffusion flame heights were studied under different flare discharge flow rates.The CFD model of the multi-point jet diffusion combustion of enclosed ground flare was built up,and the bench scale experiments were simulated using the CFD model.The results of enclosed ground flare’s multi-point jet diffusion flame heightsmatched well with those of experiments,so the accuracy of mathematical model was verified.The combustion process of a typical enclosed ground flare was simulated,and the multi-point jet diffusion flame heights under different flare discharge flow rates were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the discharge rate,the flame width increases and the flame height becomes higher.And when the discharge rate reached 60 t/h,the flames darted out of the barrel,so corresponding contingency plans should be formulated to prevent damage to surrounding personnel and equipment.
