摘 要:根据某商业综合体的建筑空间特点和业态布局,分析防火设计中存在的难点。通过对中心娱乐区防火分区划分的合理性和人员安全疏散策略可行性开展研究,提出消防设计方案,并利用消防安全工程学原理分析方案的可行性。基于最不利原则,考虑同一时间两个位置发生火灾,设定两组9个火灾场景进行计算分析。结果表明,该防火设计方案能够达到人员安全疏散和限制火灾大规模蔓延的设计目标,达到了规范要求的同等水平。Based on the spatial features and business format distribution of a commercial complex,the difficulties of fire protection design were analyzed.By analyzing the rationality of fire compartment and the feasibility of evacuation strategy of center entertainment area,the fire protection design program was put forward and the feasibility of it was analyzed by principle of fire safety engineering.Based on the most unfavorable principle,considering two fires at the same time,nine fire scenarios were set in the analysis.The results showed that the fire protection design is in the level required by the code,and can make sure the personnel safety evacuation and inhibit the large scale spread of fire.
