摘　　要：介绍了电热膜的结构原理、生产工艺及安装方式,采用实验方法分析验证了电热膜起火的各种可能原因及其故障机理,包括覆盖导致散热不良、石墨条损伤、导电银浆条导电不良等。总结了电热膜火灾调查中相关痕迹的分析方法,为消防部队调查电热膜相关火灾提供参考。The structure principle,production process and installation method of the electrothermal film are introduced.The possible causes and failure mechanism of the electrothermal film fire are analyzed and verified by the test method,including the bad heat dissipation,the damage of the graphite strip and the poor conductivity of the conductive silver paste.This paper summarizes the analysis method of the relevant traces in the electrothermal film fire investigation,so as to provide references for the fire service investigating the electrothermal film fire.
