摘 要:诱导轮是一种经过特殊设计的轴流泵叶轮,在航天运载系统和能源领域中有广泛的应用。诱导轮的抽吸性能很大程度上受流场空化的影响。涡轮泵的外特性参数与诱导轮内空化密切相关,诱导轮内空化的产生及变化是涡轮泵扬程下降的根源所在。以某低温液体火箭发动机诱导轮为研究对象,采用数值计算和可视化试验手段揭示了诱导轮内空化产生和变化的规律,及其与涡轮泵外特性参数的对应关系,从微观角度解释了诱导轮内空化模式与涡轮泵宏观外特性曲线的定量对应关系。对空化流场的数值计算方法和可视化试验台的搭建及测试手段进行了详细的介绍,数值计算结果与可视化试验结果吻合良好,表明实际的数值方法对诱导轮空化流场计算实用可行。Inducers are a kind of special axial pump,which are applied widely in space transportation system as well as energy filed.Inducer hydraulic performance is impacted sensitively by flow field cavitation.Turbopump external characteristic parameter is relevant closely to inducer cavitation development extend,as inducer cavitation is the main source for turbopump head decline.In this paper,inducer cavitation generation as well as development discipline was revealed by both numerical and visualization experiment method.The relationship between cavitation models in microcosmic perspective and turbopump external characteristic curve in macroscopic perspective was revealed as well.Numerical calculation method as well as visualization experiment facility was introduced in detail.Numerical results agree well with experiment results,which indicate numerical method for inducer cavitation in this situation is appropriate.
