摘  要:目的探讨不同温度碘伏用于手术野皮表消毒效果。方法采用手术室常用室温碘伏(26±0.5℃)及加温接近人体体温的碘伏(36~38℃)对动物皮表进行消毒,然后用无菌棉拭子分别采样培养,观察消毒效果。结果室温碘伏消毒及不同温度碘伏消毒的样本经48h培养后,均无细菌生长。结论实验证明碘伏加温到接近人体体温不会影响消毒效果,可以应用于临床手术区域皮表的消毒。Objective Explore different temperatures iodophor disinfection effect for surgical field leather table.Methods The disinfectant was disinfected with room temperature iodine(26±0.5℃)and iodophor(36~38℃),which were close to the human body temperature in the operating room,and then sterilized by sterile cotton swabs respectively to observe the disinfection effect.Results Iodophor disinfection at room temperature and at different temperatures iodophor disinfection samples after 48h culture,there was no bacterial growth.Conclusion Experiments show that iodine heating to close to human body temperature will not affect the disinfection effect,can be used in clinical surgical skin table disinfection.
