护理干预对偏执型精神分裂症患者婚姻质量及社会功能的影响评价

摘　　要：目的评价护理干预对偏执型精神分裂症患者婚姻质量及社会功能的影响。方法选取我院偏执型精神分裂症患者一共86例,患者收取时间在2015年1月2日至2016年2月1日,将偏执型精神分裂症患者86例随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组43例患者-实施护理干预,对照组43例患者-实施常规护理,将两组偏执型精神分裂症患者的各项指标进行对比。结果观察组偏执型精神分裂症患者社会活动(90.21±1.45)分、社会交往(89.35±2.14)分、日常生活评分(85.26±1.28)分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组偏执型精神分裂症患者的婚姻质量评分(89.28±1.15)分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过对偏执型精神分裂症患者实施护理干预,能提升患者社会功能,改善患者婚姻质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on marital quality and social function in patients with paranoid schizophrenia.Methods A total of 86 patients with paranoid schizophrenia in our hospital were enrolled in this study.Patients were enrolled in this study.86 patients with paranoid schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group on January 2,2015 to February 1,,43 patients in the observation group-nursing intervention,43 patients in the control group-routine care,the indicators of paranoid schizophrenia were compared between the two groups.Result The social activities(90.21±1.45)points,social interaction(89.35±2.14)points and daily life score(85.26±1.28)in paranoid schizophrenia patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05)The schizophrenia patients'marital quality score(89.28±1.15)was higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with paranoid schizophrenia can improve the social function of patients and improve the quality of marriage.
