摘　　要：目的观察分析穴位按压对白血病化疗患者便秘的影响。方法将60例白血病化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组化疗时进行常规护理,观察组化疗时加用穴位按压,对比两组患者的便秘发生情况。结果观察组患者的便秘发生率(30.0%)显著低于对照组(66.7%),同时便秘程度显著优于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按压有助于减少白血病化疗患者便秘的发生率,并能减轻患者的便秘程度,值得进行临床推广。Objective Observed and analyzed the impact of acupressure on constipation in patients with leukemia chemotherapy.Methods Sixty patients with leukemia chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing during chemotherapy,and acupoint compression was used in observation group to compare the incidence of constipation in two groups.Result The incidence of constipation in the observation group(30.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(66.7%),and the degree of constipation was significantly better than that in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupressure helps to reduce the incidence of constipation in patients with leukemia chemotherapy,and reduce the degree of constipation in patients,it is worth clinical promotion.
