基于微信平台进行慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者延续性护理的作用研究

摘　　要：目的评价微信平台对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称"慢阻肺",COPD)患者延续护理的影响价值。方法选择我院2016年2月-2017年5月收治住院的COPD患者80例,根据延续护理方式不同,分为对照组和实验组。对照组采取常规延续护理,实验组加行微信平台管理,对比两组COPD干预6个月后生活质量评分、肺功能情况、再住院率。结果实验组COPD生活质量评分明显高于对照组,肺功能指标结果优于对照组,再住院率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在常规延续护理的基础上借助微信平台管理模式,利于COPD出院患者生活质量的提高、肺功能情况控制、降低再住院率,具有实施价值。Objective To evaluate the micro letter platform for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(hereinafter referred to as\"COPD,\"COPD)continue nursing care of patients with value.Methods Our hospital in February 2016-May 2017 hospitalized in our hospital 80 cases of COPD patients,according to the continuation of care in different ways,were divided into control group and experimental group.Line control group take regular continue nursing,the experimental group with micro letter platform management,compared two groups of COPD intervention 6 months after the life quality score,pulmonary function,hospitalization rates again.Results The quality of life score significantly higher than the control group,COPD pulmonary function index results better than the control group,and hospitalization rate is lower than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional continue nursing with the aid of micro letter platform management pattern,conducive to the improvement of life quality,pulmonary function in patients with COPD discharge control,reduce hospitalization rates again,with the implementation of value.
