摘 要:目的探讨肠内营养支持应用于肺癌化疗患者的临床疗效。方法将50例肺癌化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用力衡全整蛋白型营养粉口服营养支持,低蛋白血症者肠内营养再增加适量乳清蛋白粉,治疗时间为2周;对照组患者采用常规饮食,同时肠外输注20%脂肪乳250ml和11.4%复方氨基酸500ml。分别对两组患者治疗前后进行营养风险筛查、营养指标监测、人体测量、依从性以及不良反应观察。结果观察组人体测量值增加,血清白蛋白升高,血清总蛋白升高,淋巴细胞计数升高,化疗依从性提高,不良反应减少,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养支持可明显改善肺癌化疗患者的营养状况,提高患者对化疗的耐受力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition support in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 50 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group adopted the oral nutrition support of full whole protein type nutrition powder in the observation group.The enteral nutrition of the low proteinemia was added to the proper amount of whey protein powder and the treatment time was 2 weeks.The control group was treated with routine diet,and 20%Fat Milk 250ml and 11.were injected out of the intestines.4%compound amino acid 500ml.Before and after treatment,nutritional risk screening,nutritional indicators monitoring,anthropometry,compliance and adverse reactions were observed.Result the observation group increased the measured value of human body,increased serum albumin,increased serum total protein,increased the count of lymphocyte,increased the compliance of chemotherapy and decreased the adverse reaction,compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion enteral nutrition support can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy and improve their tolerance to chemotherapy.
