综合性护理干预对胶囊内镜检查不明原因腹痛患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对胶囊内镜检查不明原因腹痛患者的影响。方法将2011年1月至2016年12月来我院行胶囊内镜检查的腹痛患者70例,随机分成对照组和观察组各35例,对照组给予常规的护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予综合性的护理干预,观察对比两组患者肠道清洁度、胶囊内镜运行情况和检查结果及对护理的满意度。结果观察组肠道清洁率、检查成功率、小肠内运行时间、病变检出率和总体护理满意度均高于对照组,胃内停留时间低于对照组,相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论良好的护理干预能够帮助行胶囊内镜检查的不明原因腹痛患者了解检查的全过程,提高患者满意度和肠道的清洁率,提高全小肠的通过率及病变的检出率。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with unexplained abdominal pain by capsule endoscopy.Methods 70 patients with abdominal pain from January 2011 to December 2016 in our hospital underwent capsule endoscopy were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of routine nursing,given comprehensive nursing intervention,observation of two groups of patients than the intestinal cleanliness,capsule endoscopy operation and examination results and satisfaction with nursing care.Results The intestinal cleaning rate,the success rate of examination,the time of operation in the small intestine,the detection rate of disease and the overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the retention time in the stomach was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Good nursing intervention can help patients with unknown causes of abdominal pain diagnosed by capsule endoscopy understand the whole process of inspection,improve patient satisfaction and intestinal cleanliness,improve the pass rate of small intestine and the detection rate of lesions.
