中国农村中小学体育师资状况研究——以甘肃省定西市农村为例

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对定西市农村中小学体育师资队伍的现状进行调查与分析。结果表明:中国农村中小学的体育教师在数量上基本满足要求,但是教师的学历水平偏低,而且教师队伍不稳定,流失较多;城镇小学和农村中小学的体育教师的数量还不能达到要求,尤其是农村小学的专职体育教师缺额严重,导致许多农村中小学学生体质严重下降。This article uses the literature data method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method to carry on the investigation and the analysis to the current situation of the physical education faculty of the primary and middle schools in Dingxi City.The results show that:The number of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural China basically meets the requirements,but the level of academic qualifications of teachers is low,and the teaching staff is unstable.The number of PE teachers in urban primary schools and rural primary and secondary schools cannot meet the requirements.In particular,the shortage of full-time sports teachers in rural primary schools has led to a serious decline in the physical fitness of many rural primary and secondary school students.
