摘 要:近年来,随着我国各大城市加快构建具有全球竞争力的人才体系,并推出一系列国际化人才引进政策,第三次海归大潮强势来袭,越来越多拥有海外教育和工作经历的留学人员回国就业。教育部2018年3月公布的最新数据显示,2017年,我国出国留学人数达60.84万人,同比增长11.74%。同年留学人员回国人数较上一年增长11.19%,达到48.09万,创历史新高。作为世界第二大经济体,中国在人工智能、金融科技、移动互联网等新兴领域的快速发展,正吸引着大量海归人才。其中,应届留学生是回国发展的重要力量。同时我们看到,具有丰富海外工作经验的高端人才和技术专家群体,也开始呈现出回流趋势。海归人才的就业选择,反映出这一群体对国内职场生态的认知变化。According to the past Annual Report on the Development of Chinese Returnees, concerns regarding the cost of studying abroad and the future benefits are rising among both students and parents. It has been reported that it takes most overseas returnees at least five years to earn back their study abroad costs. More and more students and parents have been putting their eyes on the investment made to obtain a foreign degree, in other words, find out if studying abroad is still a worthwhile investment, concerning the growing trend of studying abroad in recent years. More students are returning after studying abroad. The debates about the value of overseas study are so hot, even though there has been a steady increase in the number of students going abroad. But for most returnees believe their overseas experience is worthwhile and helpful for their career. Because they have these advantages, such as good command of a foreign language, an international point of view, a large network and a comprehensive set of skills.
