摘 要:随着汽车动力电气化进程的不断加快,电池包箱体作为动力电池组模块的承载体,是保障动力电池组模块能正常工作的不可缺少的核心部件。文章运用Workbench软件建立了某一型式的电池包箱体的有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,提取了1-6阶模态下的固有频率和振型。根据分析结果,运用Optistruct软件对箱体上盖进行了形貌优化设计,得出了设置加强筋的最佳方案,避免了因路面不平度对电池包箱体的激振,对电池包箱体的安全设计具有一定的参考价值。With the accelerating process of automotive power electrification,the battery pack box is the indispensable core component of the power battery pack module that can guarantee the normal operation of the power pack module.This paper uses Workbench software to establish a finite element model of a certain type of battery package box,and performs modal analysis on it,extracting the natural frequency and mode shape under the 1-6 modes.According to the analysis results,the Optistruct software was used to optimize the design of the upper lid of the box,and the best solution for setting the stiffeners was obtained.The excitation of the battery box due to road roughness was avoided,and the battery box was avoided.The security design has a certain reference value.
