台架导线电阻对DCT EOL测试过程的影响分析

摘　　要：变速器工厂新装配DCT变速器通过DCT EOL台架完成功能确认。部分DCT变速器进行EOL测试时,TCU会误报出电磁阀开路故障。文章通过对TCU诊断逻辑的研究,分析导线电阻对电磁阀电压的影响,反复对比测试,确定回路电阻与TCU诊断结果的对应关系,并提出可行的解决方案。In order to confirm the function of newly-assembled DCT,a testing is needed to be taken at end of line.Some of solenoid valve open-load fault would be misdiagnosed by TCU during DCT EOL testing.In this paper,the wire resistance’s influence on the voltage of solenoid valve is studied in the field of TCU diagnosis logic.The relationship between wire resistance and TCU diagnosis result is confirmed by repeatedly test and compare.Finally,a feasible solution is proved.
