摘 要:在发动机运行过程中,由于EGR泵总成托架受到电机、压气机转子离心载荷以及压气机出口气体推力的作用,在设计阶段对托架的动态特性进行研究十分重要。基于分形接触刚度理论计算得到托架与电机螺栓连接处的接触刚度,用弹簧单元将接合面接触刚度应用到计算中。通过Abaqus有限元软件计算得到EGR泵总成托架的固有频率及振型,对在载荷激励作用下托架整体的动态响应进行了仿真。为托架结构优化提供参考。In the process of engine operation,it is very important to study the dynamic characteristics of the bracket during the design phase,because the EGR pump assembly carrier is subjected to centrifugal loads from the motor and the compressor rotor as well as the gas thrust at the outlet of the compressor.Based on the typing contact theory,the contact stiffness between the racket and the motor is calculated which is then applied to the calculation by spring element.The inherent frequency and vibration type of the bracket are calculated by Abaqus finite element software,and it simulates the dynamic response of the bracket,providing a reference for the optimization of bracket.
