摘 要:随着国民经济地不断增长,我国交通运输业的发展也非常迅速,而汽车尾气、噪声等交通污染却日益严重。基于ITS交通控制与管理技术一方面使道路的通行能力得到提高,从而缓解城市道路交通矛盾;另一方面可以使机动车污染物排放减少,从而改善交通环境对机动车的污染控制。而其中最重要的三条途径:控制变通流相关要素,给出行者提供可靠的交通信息,车辆排放达标自动检测与控制,有利于城市交通健康发展,保护市民健康。With the continuous growth of the national economy,the development of the transportation industry in China is also very rapid,and traffic pollution such as automobile exhaust and noise is increasingly serious.Based on the ITS traffic control and management technology,on the one hand,the traffic capacity of the road is improved,thereby alleviating the contradiction of urban road traffic;on the other hand,the emission of pollutants from motor vehicles can be reduced,thereby improving the pollution control of motor vehicles by the traffic environment.Among them,the three most important ones are:controlling the relevant elements of the variability,providing pedestrians with reliable traffic information,and automatic detection and control of vehicle emission standards,which is conducive to the healthy development of urban transportation and the protection of public health.
