摘 要:文章针对市场反馈非公路运输车在矿区使用过程中,出现打方向沉重、车架总成变形、转向助力缸易损、转向器高温易损、转向液压油高温的问题组织市场调查和研究分析,针对以上问题进行针对性的开发设计方案,经过样车在实际矿区中验证及不同区域内大批量验证,此方案显著的降低液压油温,降低驾驶员的工作强度、显著提高系统可靠性、安全性,延长转向系统的使用寿命。In this paper,the market investigation and research on the problems of heavy direction,deformation of frame assembly,easy loss of steering power cylinder,high temperature loss of steering gear and high temperature of steering hydraulic oil are organized and analyzed.In view of the above problems,we carried out a targeted development and design plan.At the same time,the prototype was verified in the actual mining area and verified in large quantities in different areas.This plan significantly reduced the hydraulic oil temperature,significantly improved the reliability and safety of the system,and extended the service life of the steering system.
