帕萨特汽车变速箱维修典型案例分析及其启示

摘　　要：在社会发展中,我国汽车使用总量持续增长,更新和淘汰汽车的速率也更快,提高了维修、拆卸、回收汽车的要求。传统汽车的手动变速器在技术发展中逐渐融合了液、电、气,成为自动化变速器。相比手动变速器,自动变速器有更加复杂的结构,变速箱出现故障的原因也和以往有所不同。本文主要介绍帕萨特汽车变速箱的构成,并分析变速箱故障的维修案例,从维修案例中获得一些启示。In the course of social development,the total quantity of automobiles used in our country continues to grow,and the rate of renewal and elimination of automobiles is also faster,which improves the demand of repairing,disassembling and recycling automobiles.The manual transmission of traditional cars gradually integrates liquid,electricity,and gas in the development of technology and becomes an automatic transmission.Compared with manual transmissions,automatic transmissions have a more complex structure,and the reasons for transmission failure are different from those in the past.This paper mainly introduces the composition of the Passat car gearbox,and analyzes the maintenance cases of gearbox failures,and obtains some enlightenment from the maintenance cases.
