调经助孕胶囊对环磷酰胺化疗大鼠性激素及AMH、INHB的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨调经助孕胶囊对环磷酰胺诱导的大鼠卵巢功能损伤的修复保护作用。方法:SD成熟雌性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组(亮丙瑞林0.25mg/只)、调经助孕胶囊低、中、高剂量组(分别为成人等效剂量的1倍、2倍、4倍),除空白组每天注射生理盐水外,其余各组大鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制卵巢早衰模型,并同时灌胃给予相应药物。ELISA法测定外周血清雌二醇(Estradiol,E_2)、促卵泡激素(Follicle Stimulaling Hormone,FSH)、抑制素B(Inhibin B,INHB)、抗苗勒氏管激素(Auti-Mullerian Hormone,AMH)含量,比较各组大鼠间体重、卵巢等脏器重量,并进行大鼠卵巢组织形态学观察。结果:与模型组相比,调经助孕胶囊高剂量组均能显著增加大鼠的体重、卵巢脏器重量(P<0.05),改善卵巢组织病理学改变,有效提高E_2、AMH、INHB含量、降低FSH含量(P<0.05)。结论:调经助孕胶囊对化疗所致的卵巢功能损害发挥防治作用,对雌性大鼠生殖系统有一定的保护作用。Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule(调经助孕胶囊)on ovarian function impairment in cyclophosphamide chemotherapy rats.Methods:SD mature female rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the positive control group(0.25 mg of leuprolide per rat)and the Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule low dosage group(1 times adult equivalent dose),the Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule medium dosage group(2 times adult equivalent dose),the Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule high dosage group(4 times adult equivalent dose).The blank group was given physiological saline every day,and the other groups were given cyclophosphamide and the corresponding medicine.E2,FSH,INHB,and AMH were measured by ELISA.Rat body weight and ovary weight were compared in each group.Ovarian tissue morphology was observed in rats.Results:In the Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule high dosage group,the body weight and visceral organ weight of rats increased significantly(P<0.05);ovarian histopathology was improved,E2,AMH,and INHB were elevated,and FSH levels were reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule can prevent and cure ovarian dysfunction caused by chemotherapy,and it can protect female reproductive system.
