摘 要:目的:探讨膳食调护在膝痹合并消渴症患者行人工膝关节置换术中的运用,以促进患者快速康复。方法:将2017年5-11月在我科住院的行人工膝关节置换的50例膝痹合并消渴症患者随机分成两组,在常规治疗基础上对其中25例进行膳食指导,制定每天饮食的总热量,掌握配餐的原则,制定有用的膳食卡,对比观察两组患者术后伤口及功能恢复情况。结果:通过膳食调护的运用,观察组患者术前术后血糖控制平稳,能更快进行手术,术后伤口愈合良好,快速康复出院,平均住院天数较对照组明显缩短。结论:膳食调护在25例膝痹合并消渴症患者行人工膝关节置换术中的运用促使患者血糖控制稳定,住院时间缩短,患者快速康复出院,提高生活质量,获得了满意效果。Objective:The effect of dietary nursing on patients with knee arthralgia and diabetes treated by total knee replacement was explore,to promote rapid recovery.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group of 50 cases was given dietary nursing plus conventional treatment.The wound healing and functional recovery in two groups were compared.Results:The dietary nursing in the observation group can control the blood sugar before and after surgery,perform surgery more quickly,with good postoperative wound healing,allow patients to quickly recover from hospital.And the average length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion:Dietary nursing on patients with knee arthralgia and diabetes shows a satisfactory effect,can control blood sugar stability,shorten hospitalization time,improve the quality of life.
