近五年桃红四物汤在骨科应用的文献计量学研究

摘　　要：目的:通过计量学方法对近五年以桃红四物汤为主在骨科治疗应用的文献进行统计、分析、总结,以期指导骨科方向临床工作。方法:检索近五年中国期刊文献数据库中收录有关桃红四物汤在骨科应用的文献,通过文献计量学方法对检索结果进行分析研究。结果:共检出有效文献816篇,主要包含的骨科领域有201篇,其中临床文献187篇,实验室研究文献14篇,研究主要集中在骨折、术后血栓和(或)凝血、术后便秘、股骨头坏死等疾病。结论:桃红四物汤在骨科领域研究广泛,涉及病种多,优势病种较突出,但仍存在一定问题,今后研究中需加强实验研究,提高文献质量,增加对古文献研究,为桃红四物汤在骨折学科研究上提供更多宝贵经验。Objective:To analyze and summarize the literature of treating orthopedic diseases with the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)in recent five years and guide clinical work on orthopedic diseases.Methods:The literatures of treating orthopedic diseases with the Taohong Siwu decoction were retrieved from CNKI in recent five years;and the retrieval results were analyzed by bibliometric method.Results:816 effective literatures were detected,including 201 cases of orthopaedics,187 literatures of clinical literature and 14 literatures in laboratory,which focused on treating fracture,postoperative thrombosis and/or coagulation,postoperative constipation,necrosis of femoral head and other diseases.Conclusion:The Taohong Siwu decoction can be applied in treating many kinds of diseases in the orthopaedics field,with outstanding dominant diseases.But there are still some problems.In the future,the experimental research need to be strengthened;the quality of literature should be improved;the study on ancient literature should be increased,to provide more valuable experience in treating orthopedic diseases with the Taohong Siwu decoction.
