大黄酸对草鱼胆汁中毒大鼠急性肾损伤中尿KIM-1水平的影响

摘  要:目的:观察大黄酸对草鱼胆汁中毒大鼠急性肾损伤的尿KIM-1水平的影响,探讨其对急性肾损伤的保护作用及其可能的作用机制。方法:制备草鱼胆汁中毒模型,分为大黄酸组,模型组,另设正常对照组,每组各6只。观察大鼠48h时尿KIM-1、β2-MG含量,血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)的变化和肾脏病理变化。结果:与模型组比较,大黄酸组血清中BUN,Cr含量明显降低(P<0.05);大黄酸组肾脏组织病理变化有明显改善;大黄酸组大鼠尿中KIM-1、β2-MG含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:大黄酸注射液对大鼠草鱼胆中毒所致的早期肾脏损害均有防治作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Rhein on the urinary KIM-1 level of acute kidney injury in rats with grass carp bile poisoning,and to explore protective effect and possible mechanism.Methods:The bile poisoning model of grass carp was prepared.18 rats were divided into the Rhein group,the model group and the control group,6 rats in each group.The urinary KIM-1,β2-MG content,BUN,SCr and kidney pathology were observed in 48 hours.Results:The content of serum BUN,serum Cr in the Rhein group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The pathological changes of kidney tissue in the Rhein group were significantly improved.The contents of KIM-1 andβ2-MG in urinary were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhein injection shows a preventive and therapeutic effect on the early kidney injury caused by grass carp bile poisoning in rats.
