抗纤益心浓缩丸对阵发性房颤大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗纤益心浓缩丸对阵发性房颤大鼠房颤持续时间的影响,探讨其在抗心律失常方面的相关作用机制。方法:采用乙酰胆碱联合氯化钙混合液尾静脉注射复制阵发性房颤大鼠模型。将50只Wister大鼠随机分为模型组(等容积生理盐水)、普萘洛尔组和抗纤益心浓缩丸高、中、低剂量组,药物组给予相应剂量药物灌胃,每日1次,连续7日后,复制阵发性房颤大鼠模型,应用BL-420F生物机能实验系统,记录各组大鼠的房颤持续时间。结果:与模型组比较,各药物组均能明显缩短大鼠房颤持续时间(P<0.01或P<0.05);与普萘洛尔组比较,抗纤益心浓缩丸高剂量组持续时间低于普萘洛尔组,两者无显著差异(P>0.05),抗纤益心浓缩丸中、低剂量组持续时间均较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);与抗纤益心浓缩丸低剂量组比较,其高、中剂量组均优于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:抗纤益心浓缩丸能够明显缩短大鼠房颤的持续时间,具有拮抗大鼠阵发性房颤的作用。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill(抗纤益心浓缩丸)on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in rats,discuss the related mechanism of action in anti-arrhythmic.Methods:Acetyl choline plus calcium chloride mixture the tail vein injection was used to copy paroxysmal atrial fibrillation model of rats.50 Wister rats were randomly divided into the model group and propranolol group and Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill high,medium and low dose group.Drug groups were given the corresponding dose gavage,once a day.After 7 days,the paroxysmal rat atrial fibrillation model was copyed.application of BL-420F biological function experiment system was applied.Each of duration of rats was record.Results:Compared with model groups,the medicine groups can obviously shorten the duration of atrial fibrillation in rats(P<0.01);compared with propranolol group,duration in the Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill high dos group was less than propranolol group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The duration in the Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill,medium and low dose group were longer(P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared with Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill low dose group,the high,middle dose groups were better,with significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill can obviously shorten the duration of atrial fibrillationof rats,and antagonism totparoxysmal atrial.
