丹桂通痹汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察应用丹桂通痹汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选取60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组予以临床常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹桂通痹汤;观察对比两组患者治疗前后心绞痛症状改善程度及中医症候疗效、心电图变化、心脏射血EF值、内皮素-1(ET-1)、超氧化物气化酶(SOD)等指标的变化。结果:治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率为90.00%、心电图改善总有效率为73.33%、中医症候改善总有效率为93.33%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组患者EF、SOD水平明显升高,ET-1水平显著下降,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹桂通痹汤联合常规西医治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛可显著改善临床症状、体征,增强心功能及内皮功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Dangui Tongbi decoction(丹桂通痹汤)on patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by clinical routine treatment.The treatment group was given the Dangui Tongbi decoction more.The improvement of angina symptoms,TCM symptom,electrocardiogram(ECG),ejection fractions(EF),endothelin-1(ET-1)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of angina symptom in the treatment group was 90.00%;the total effective rate of ECG improvement was 73.33%;and the total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement was 93.33%.Those in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of EF and Sod in the treatment group were increased markedly,and the level of ET-1 was decreased significantly,and those in the treatment group were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dangui Tongbi decoction plus conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,enhance cardiac function and endothelial function.
