手法复位夹板外固定联合中医益气活血汤对老年肢体骨折患者骨痂X线评分及血清ALP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察手法复位夹板外固定联合中医益气活血汤对老年肢体骨折患者骨痂X线评分及血清ALP水平的影响。方法:随机选取我院2016年5月-2017年5月78例老年肢体骨折患者为本次实验研究对象,按照是否给予中医益气活血汤治疗将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组39例患者单纯给予手法复位夹板外固定治疗,实验组39例患者在对照组治疗基础上联合中医益气活血汤治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗4周后骨痂X线2分与3分例数明显多于对照组[(2.1±0.5)VS(1.6±0.3)],实验组患者治疗4周后血清ALP、血钙以及血磷含量明显高于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年肢体骨折患者给予手法复位夹板外固定联合中医益气活血汤治疗能有效增加机体血清ALP、血钙以及血磷含量,对促进患者骨痂愈合具有重要的意义。Objective:To observe efficacy of manual reduction and splinting immobilization plus the Yiqi Huoxue decoction(益气活血汤)on X-ray scores and serum ALP levels in elderly patients with limbs fracture.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2017,78 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given manual reduction and splinting immobilization;and the experimental group was given the Yiqi Huoxue decoction more.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:In 4 weeks,in the experimental group,the number of cases with 2 points and 3 points of osteophytes below the X-ray were[(2.1±0.5)VS(1.6±0.3)]respectively,significantly more than those in the control group;and serum ALP,serum calcium and blood scale content were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction and splinting immobilization plus the Yiqi Huoxue decoction on X-ray scores and serum ALP levels in elderly patients with limbs fracture shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
